Hi children, these are the three activities for Friday 30th, May. You are going to work with vocabulary related to shops, food and unusual occupations. Let's see if you remember the words that you have been studying and how to use them. Ready, steady and go!
Instructions
A- At a shop
Write a short dialogue that takes place in a shop using the following words: exchange, refunds, expensive, credit card, cheque, a sale.
B- At a restaurant
Let’s imagine that you are chefs at a very important restaurant and you have to design the menu for an important event that will take place there. How would it be like? You will have to think of a starter, a main course and a dessert. Try to include the vocabulary related to food that we have been studying in oral classes. Do you remember what a balanced diet was? Try to include the three main groups of food in the different dishes. You can think of a name for the restaurant and choose a nice typography for your menu too!
